Key Responsibilities
- Configure & manage Siebel Product Catalog/Product Models.
- Implement constraint-based product configurations.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with BAs to refine product requirements.
- Develop Siebel workflows, scripts, business services.
- Ensure integration with OM, AIA, BRM, CRM.
- Troubleshoot product config & catalog issues.
- Participate in unit, system, and UAT testing.
Required Skills
- Strong Siebel Configuration (Product Configurator).
- Experience with Siebel EAI, EIM, Smart Scripts, Workflows, eScript.
- Knowledge of Siebel Data Model & table structures.
- Siebel Tools & Open UI (added advantage).
- Telecom or enterprise product modeling knowledge.
