Summary
As an Application Designer, you will help define requirements and design applications aligned with business goals. The role includes requirement analysis, functional specification creation, UX considerations, and ensuring applications meet performance and usability expectations through testing and validation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as SME for the team.
- Collaborate and manage teams to achieve project goals.
- Responsible for team decisions and key contributions.
- Engage with multiple teams and facilitate critical discussions.
- Provide solutions for team and cross-team problems.
- Conduct workshops/meetings to gather requirements.
- Mentor junior members in application design practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Other Skills:
- Strong application design principles.
- Experience in requirement gathering & analysis.
- Understanding of UX design and usability testing.
- Ability to create detailed functional documentation.
Additional Information
